Installation Instructions

Updating drivers always requires Windows OS administrator privileges.

The following process installs the updated drivers on the targeted systems:

Copy update .zip to temporary file system on target system
Using PowerShell: (form cmd: powershell)
1. Change directory to temporary file system (Set-Location -Path C:\temp)
2. Extract zip file (Expand-Archive -LiteralPath intc-lnvgy_dd_sysboard_chipset.v6-j9md1-0062_windows_comp.zip -DestinationPath C:\temp)
3. Install update using installWindowsDrivers.ps1 (.\installWindowsDrivers.ps1)

This package is also supported with several of Lenovo’s automated update management tools, including UpdateXpress Manager, and OneCLI. If you wish to use one of these tools, please refer to the instructions that came with your specific management tool.
