March 2023 ThinkAgile MX update release (MXBR2303)

This Best Recipe adds support for Mellanox ConnectX-4 Lx and Intel E810 network adapters for ThinkAgile MX1020 and MX1021 solutions. There are no changes from the previous Best Recipe (MXBR2301) for any other ThinkAgile MX solutions.

Important: If you do NOT use Lenovo XClarity Integrator (LXCI) for Windows Admin Center (WAC) to maintain Best Recipe compliance for ThinkAgile MX solutions and are currently running a version of UEFI firmware on your SR630 V2 or SR650 V2 servers that is older than v1.30, make sure to follow the steps in the "ThinkAgile MX UEFI Update Instructions for MXBR2301.pdf" file, which can be downloaded below.
